CODE OF VIRGINIA

LIABILITY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (§ 3.2-604)

The United States and the Secretary of Agriculture thereof shall be held free
from liability by virtue of the transfer of assets to the Commissioner pursuant
to this chapter.
