CODE OF VIRGINIA

AUTHORITY TO ADOPT REGULATIONS (§ 3.2-6101)

The Commissioner, with the approval of the Board, may adopt regulations
reasonably necessary to carry out the intent and purposes of this chapter and
that facilitate the tracing and identification of cattle and afford protection
against stealing and unlawful dealing in cattle.
