CODE OF VIRGINIA LIVESTOCK MARKET TO KEEP COPY OF REGISTER AND RECORDS ON CATTLE SOLD (§ 3.2-6106) Each operator of a livestock market where cattle are sold shall: (i) keep a copy of the register of brands in his place of business where it will be easily accessible for public inspection; and (ii) keep a record, for at least two years, of all cattle received and the name and address of the owner.
