PENALTIES (§ 3.2-6109)

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a
Class 1 misdemeanor. All amounts paid as fines for violations of this chapter,
when collected by the proper authority, shall be transmitted to the Department
and deposited in the state treasury.
