CODE OF VIRGINIA

ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY (§ 3.2-6567)

All law-enforcement officers in the Commonwealth and State Veterinarian’s
representatives shall enforce the provisions of this chapter to the same extent
other laws in the Commonwealth are enforced.
