CODE OF VIRGINIA

ADMINISTRATION; REGULATIONS (§ 3.2-701)

The Commissioner shall protect the agricultural, horticultural, and other
interests of the Commonwealth from plant pests and supervise and direct the
execution of this article and regulations adopted hereunder.
