CODE OF VIRGINIA

ADOPTION OF RULES GOVERNING PROCEDURES AND DISCIPLINARY SANCTIONS (§ 30-121)

Each house of the General Assembly shall adopt rules governing procedures and
disciplinary sanctions for members who have committed alleged violations of this
chapter.
