CODE OF VIRGINIA

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, COUNSEL AND OTHER PERSONNEL (§ 30-157)

The Commission may appoint and employ and, at pleasure remove, an executive
director, counsel, and such other persons as it deems necessary; and to
determine their duties and fix their salaries or compensation within the amounts
appropriated therefor.
