CODE OF VIRGINIA

CORRECTION OF MISSPELLINGS IN BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS ALREADY INTRODUCED (§
30-16.1)

The Clerk of the Senate and the Clerk of the House of Delegates are hereby
empowered to correct misspellings contained in bills and resolutions introduced
in their respective houses; provided that the corrections do not in any way
alter the bill’s or resolution’s meaning or effect.
