TERMS (§ 30-242)

Legislators serving as members of the Commission shall serve terms coterminous
with their current terms of office. The nonlegislative members shall serve at
the pleasure of their respective appointing authorities for a term of not more
than four years. Nonlegislative members may be reappointed at the end of the
four-year term.
