CONFIDENTIALITY OF CERTAIN RECORDS SUBMITTED TO THE COMMISSION (§ 30-281)

Records and information afforded the protection under subdivision 11 of §
2.2-3705.6 that are provided by a responsible public entity to the Commission
shall continue to be protected from disclosure when in the possession of the
Commission.
