STAFF (§ 30-357)

Staff assistance to the Council shall be provided by the Division of Legislative
Services. Staff shall perform those duties assigned to it by the Council,
including those duties enumerated in § 30-356. The Division of Legislative
Services shall employ an executive director, who shall be subject to the
confirmation of the Joint Committee on Rules.
