CODE OF VIRGINIA

ENJOINING PROJECT UNDERTAKEN WITHOUT CERTIFICATE (§ 32.1-102.8)

On petition of the Commissioner, the Board or the Attorney General, the circuit
court of the county or city where a project is under construction or is intended
to be constructed, located or undertaken shall have jurisdiction to enjoin any
project which is constructed, undertaken or commenced without a certificate or
to enjoin the admission of patients to the project or to enjoin the provision of
services through the project.
