COSTS OF INSPECTION CONDUCTED BY HEALTH DEPARTMENT; FEES TO BE USED TO SUPPORT
PROGRAM (§ 32.1-229.2)

In order to minimize competition with the private sector, the fee schedule
developed by the Board for routine inspections of X-ray machines by Department
of Health inspectors shall include all reasonable costs of such inspections.
