CODE OF VIRGINIA

STATE AGENCIES DIRECTED TO COOPERATE WITH AND FURNISH INFORMATION TO BOARD (§
32.1-243)

All agencies and institutions of the Commonwealth shall cooperate with the Board
and, on request, furnish to the Board all information in their possession
concerning toxic substances.
