PARENTS TO REPORT SOCIAL SECURITY ACCOUNT NUMBER AT TIME OF CHILD’S BIRTH
(§ 32.1-257.1)

Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405, as amended, the social security account number of
each parent shall be reported in the manner prescribed and on forms furnished by
the State Registrar.
