CODE OF VIRGINIA

GENERAL PENALTY FOR VIOLATION (§ 32.1-304)

If any person fail or refuse to perform any duty imposed upon him by this
article, he shall, unless otherwise provided, be guilty of a Class 3
misdemeanor.
