CODE OF VIRGINIA

PENALTY FOR VIOLATION (§ 32.1-325.4)

Any person who willfully violates or refuses, fails, or neglects to comply with
any regulation or order of the Board or the Director promulgated pursuant to §
32.1-325.3 shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
