UNIFORM ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENT FOR PACE PLANS (§ 32.1-330.4)

Every individual who requests a screening for the purpose of enrollment in a
PACE plan, as defined in § 32.1-330.3, shall be eligible for such screening,
regardless of whether the individual is eligible under the state plan for
medical assistance.
