CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER (§ 32.1-348)

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as relieving any hospital of its
obligations under the Hill-Burton Act or any other similar federal or state law
or agreement to provide unreimbursed care to indigent persons.
