CODE OF VIRGINIA DEFINITION (§ 32.1-55) As used in this article, “venereal disease” includes syphilis, gonorrhea, chancroid, granuloma inguinale, lymphogranuloma venereum and any other sexually transmittable disease determined by the Board to be dangerous to the public health.
