The Commissioner shall assure, to the extent feasible and appropriate, that existing Department programs, systems, and infrastructure are efficiently utilized as a basis for implementation.</text><type>section</type><prefixes><section>A</section></prefixes><entire_prefix>A</entire_prefix><prefix_anchor>A</prefix_anchor><level>1</level></section><section id="2528706" prefix="B"><text>The Board shall promulgate regulations as necessary to implement the provisions of the statewide asthma management plan.</text><type>section</type><prefixes><section>B</section></prefixes><entire_prefix>B</entire_prefix><prefix_anchor>B</prefix_anchor><level>1</level></section><section id="2528707" prefix="C"><text>The Commissioner shall report periodically to the Board concerning (i) the development and implementation of the statewide asthma management plan and (ii) the effectiveness of the Department programs in reducing the rate of hospitalizations due to asthma in the Commonwealth and facilitating more effective management of asthma.</text><type>section</type><prefixes><section>C</section></prefixes><entire_prefix>C</entire_prefix><prefix_anchor>C</prefix_anchor><level>1</level></section></text></law>
