LIMITATION ON POWER OF EMINENT DOMAIN (§ 33.2-1002)

No property that is within an agricultural and forestal district as provided by
the Agricultural and Forestal Districts Act (§ 15.2-4300 et seq.) shall be
condemned by the Commissioner of Highways except in accordance with §
15.2-4313.
