ADDITIONAL POWER TO ACQUIRE LANDS (§ 33.2-1003)

The Commissioner of Highways may use the powers granted in this title to acquire
needed property interests for purposes set out in Article 5 (§ 33.2-281 et
seq.) of Chapter 2.
