CODE OF VIRGINIA

PLANS FOR ACQUISITION OF RIGHTS-OF-WAY (§ 33.2-1004)

Subject to compliance with applicable federal regulations, the Commissioner of
Highways shall establish a plan for identification and acquisition of
rights-of-way that may be needed within the corridors designated on the
Statewide Transportation Plan.
