CODE OF VIRGINIA

STATEWIDE TRANSPORTATION TECHNOLOGY PROGRAMS TO INCORPORATE NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND
INNOVATIONS IN TRANSPORTATION (§ 33.2-116)

The Secretary of Transportation and the Department of Transportation shall
revise and update statewide transportation technology programs by evaluating and
incorporating, where appropriate, new smart road technologies and other
innovations in transportation.
