CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPEAL FROM REFUSAL OR REVOCATION OF PERMIT (§ 33.2-1213)

Any person aggrieved by any action of the Commissioner of Highways in refusing
to grant or in revoking a permit under § 33.2-1209 or 33.2-1211 may appeal from
the decision of the Commissioner of Highways in accordance with the provisions
of the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.).
