CODE OF VIRGINIA

DISPOSITION OF FEES (§ 33.2-1228)

All moneys received by the Commissioner of Highways under the provisions of this
article shall be paid by him into the state treasury, except as provided in §§
33.2-1224 and 33.2-1229, and allocated to the Board for use in the regulation
and control of outdoor advertising and landscaping of highways.
