CODE OF VIRGINIA

CREATION OF COMMISSION TO CONTROL CORPORATION (§ 33.2-1906)

In and for each transportation district a commission is hereby created to manage
and control the functions, affairs, and property of the corporation and to
exercise all of the rights, powers, and authority and perform all of the duties
conferred or imposed upon the corporation.
