COUNTIES AND CITIES EMBRACED BY THE AUTHORITY (§ 33.2-2501)

The Authority shall embrace the Counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and
Prince William and the Cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas,
and Manassas Park.
