CODE OF VIRGINIA

TOLL BRIDGES NOT TO OBSTRUCT NAVIGATION OR FISH (§ 33.2-603)

Every toll bridge shall be made so as not to obstruct the passage of fish or the
navigation of the watercourse over which it is erected.
