CODE OF VIRGINIA

HIGHWAYS NOT TO BE ESTABLISHED THROUGH CEMETERY OR SEMINARY OF LEARNING WITHOUT
OWNERS’ CONSENT (§ 33.2-718)

No highway shall be established upon or through the lands of any cemetery or
through the lands of any seminary of learning without the consent of the owners
thereof.
