CODE OF VIRGINIA

COMPENSATION OF CLERK OF BOARD (§ 33.2-721)

The clerk of the local governing body of a county shall receive for the duties
to be performed by him under the provisions of this article compensation to be
fixed and allowed to him by the local governing body.
