CODE OF VIRGINIA

CONSTRUCTION OF RELOCATED HIGHWAY (§ 33.2-932)

Upon the acquisition of a right-of-way as provided in this article, the city or
town shall grade such right-of-way and construct the highway required, in
accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the Commissioner of
Highways.
