CODE OF VIRGINIA

SPOUSAL AND CHILD SUPPORT EXEMPT (§ 34-28.2)

The debtor’s right to receive spousal or child support, to the extent
reasonably necessary for the support of the debtor and any dependent of the
debtor, shall be exempt from creditor process.
