CODE OF VIRGINIA

MODIFICATION, AMENDMENT OR REPEAL OF CODE PROVISIONS (§ 36-102)

The Board may modify, amend or repeal any Code provisions from time to time as
the public interest requires, after notice and hearing as provided in § 36-100
of this chapter. No such modification or amendment shall be made effective
earlier than thirty days from the adoption thereof.
