NOTICE AND HEARING ON RULES AND REGULATIONS (§ 36-74)

The Board shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Administrative
Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.) when adopting, amending or repealing any rules
or regulations under this law.
