CODE OF VIRGINIA

SUPPLEMENTAL NATURE OF CHAPTER (§ 36-8)

The powers conferred by this chapter shall be in addition and supplemental to
the powers conferred by any other law; except as may be expressly provided in
the charter of a city or town specifically pertaining to such authority.
