STAFF, EQUIPMENT OR SUPPLIES (§ 36-85.13)

The Administrator may employ permanent or temporary technical, clerical and
other assistants as is necessary or advisable for the proper administration of
this law. The Administrator may purchase equipment and supplies deemed necessary
for the staff.
