NOTICE AND HEARING ON RULES AND REGULATIONS (§ 36-85.8)

The Board shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Administrative
Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.) when adopting, amending, or repealing any
rules and regulations under this law.
