CODE OF VIRGINIA

MEMBERS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR POSITIONS IN DEPARTMENT (§ 37.2-202)

No member of the Board shall be eligible for any position in the Department
during the term for which he is appointed or for 12 months thereafter.
