CODE OF VIRGINIA

LICENSED PHYSICIAN REQUIRED AT CERTAIN TRAINING CENTERS (§ 37.2-313.1)

The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services shall require a
licensed physician to be on duty at all times for any certified skilled nursing
beds in any state training center as defined in § 37.2-100.
