CODE OF VIRGINIA

AUTHORITY OF COMMISSIONER TO GRANT LICENSES (§ 37.2-404)

The Commissioner, subject to regulations adopted by the Board, may license any
suitable provider to establish, maintain and operate, or have charge of any
service.
