INTERMEDIATE CARE FACILITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY (§
37.2-409)

The Board may adopt regulations specifying the maximum number of individuals to
be served by any intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual
disability (ICF/MR).
