CODE OF VIRGINIA

PENALTY (§ 37.2-422)

Any person violating any provision of this article or any applicable regulation
made under such provisions shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor, and each
day, or part thereof, of continuation of any such violation shall constitute a
separate offense.
