CODE OF VIRGINIA

VOTING (§ 38.2-1004)

Each member of a domestic mutual insurer shall have one vote, or a number of
votes based upon the insurance in force, the number of policies held, or the
amount of premiums paid, as provided in the bylaws of the insurer.
