CODE OF VIRGINIA

RECORDS OF EXAMINATION PRESERVED (§ 38.2-1321)

The Commission shall keep and preserve in permanent form the reports of all its
official examinations, including all records, orders, exhibits or schedules
filed in connection with these reports.
