CODE OF VIRGINIA DEFINITIONS TO INCLUDE OTHER INSURANCE OF SAME GENERAL KIND (§ 38.2-134) The definition of any class of insurance enumerated in this article shall include insurance against other loss, damage or liability of the same general nature or character, or of a similar kind, if the insurance may reasonably and properly be included in the definition and is not specifically included in the definition of some other class of insurance.
