CLASSIFICATION OF EXISTING INVESTMENTS (§ 38.2-1404)

Any investment held on July 1, 1983, that was permitted at the time it was made
under former § 38.1-181 or former §§ 38.1-183 through 38.1-217, shall be
classified as a Category 1 investment.
