CODE OF VIRGINIA

RECOMMENDATIONS BY COMMISSION TO GENERAL ASSEMBLY (§ 38.2-201)

The Commission shall make any recommendations to the General Assembly necessary
for legislation governing and regulating the classes of companies placed under
its supervision by this title.
